I would agree, this list is not based on real tweeting and clearly is based on personal priority and not based on real tweets @marksmithvr . It would be great to see if this is based on any social media analytics and which vendor because it appears to be biased!

Mark: Our team works with multiple (5+) CRM brands and multiple (5+) social media analytics brands, so we’re not really beholden to anyone. We also don’t accept referral fees from any of those brands. Thanks for commenting.
