Sales 2.0 Day Two: The Notion Of Social Enablement

Posted at 10:54AM in , PermalinkNo Comments

“Sales 2.0 is still reactive – we need to go into a proactive mode.” – Gerhard Gschwandtner, Selling Power.

The Sales 2.0 Conference kicked off its second and final day at the Four Seasons San Francisco today, with a rock-solid keynote by OracleCRM’s Mark Woollen .

I’ve packed my Sales 2.0 has been packed with briefings and long-form interviews. In the last 24 hours alone, I’ve sat down for extended conversations with InsideView’s Umberto Miletti, Miller Heiman’s Rich Blakeman, Hoovers’ Linsday Duran and Salesforce’s product maven Brett Queener (not to be confused with professional lacrosse player Brett Queener).

The series of posts that’s going to follow today are the short-form versions of those interviews and briefings, and a wrap-up of the best and brightest moments of the conference. Some of the content may also be cross-posted on Selling Power’s website as well, hence the Sales 2.0 logo. Stay tuned for some awesome stuff.
