Socialbees, a Seattle-Based Facebook Services Firm, Becomes Exclusive Partner for Metz Clients’ Implementations on Facebook

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — (Marketwire – January 19, 2010) – Metz Consulting, the leading social customer management and social media strategy consulting firm for consumer brands, announced that it is forming an exclusive partnership with top Facebook® Page and Ads provider Socialbees, to support Metz Consulting’s customers on Facebook as well as websites integrating with Facebook Connect.

“We’re so excited to be partnering with Hazel Grace and the rest of the Socialbees team. We excel at driving revenue from the social customer for our clients, and they excel at engaging the social customer on the amazing Facebook Platform,” said Adam Metz, Principal of Metz Consulting. “Together, we’re going to help clients acquire, monetize and retain the social customer like never before.”

“We’re always looking for top-notch consulting firms to partner with, and nobody knows social customer management and how to integrate Facebook or social media into customer relationship management platforms like Salesforce or Oracle the way the Metz Consulting team does,” said Hazel Grace Dircksen, owner of Socialbees.

Metz Consulting’s clients will receive no-charge intake meetings from the Socialbees team on a wide array of services, including:

  • Facebook Strategy Sessions
  • Facebook Page Creation
  • Facebook Ad Deployments
  • Custom Tab & Promotion Creation
  • Facebook Training for Businesses
  • Facebook Page Management

Metz Consulting, a Salesforce Referral Partner, will also incorporate the full Socialbees “menu of services” into a Social Networking Services tab on their website at www.adammetz.com. This partnership with Socialbees brings top-tier customer relationship management brands like Salesforce and Oracle one step closer to Facebook.

Creating a virtual one-stop for brands was the key goal of the partnership.

“We really try to work with a tight-knit, smart team, and this Metz-Socialbees partnership makes a ton of sense for medium-sized consumer brands like us. As a client, the convenience factor is ridiculously high, knowing that we can address our social media needs, our social networking needs and our customer relationship management needs all with the same consulting team,” said Gary Shinner, CEO of Mighty Leaf Tea, a Metz Consulting client.

Metz Consulting’s key mobile technology partner, Waterfall Mobile, Inc., also sees positive outcomes from the Socialbees-Metz partnership.

“We’re really excited that Waterfall Mobile partners like Metz Consulting are expanding their services on social websites and working with brands like Socialbees. Whenever we plan mobile marketing implementations to drive business for clients, social media is emerging as a crucial tie-in, and it’s great to see a consulting firm that truly knows how to drive revenue for brands practicing in this area,” said RJ Simonian, Vice President Client Services, Waterfall Mobile.
